MIKE 11 hotfix 04-07-2016

The hotfix solves a couple of issues:

• Crash in model simulation when running Rainfall Runoff (RR) as stand-alone simulation
• Crash during pre-processing when creating river network for few special model setups
• Error in control strategy number saved to results file during Data assimilation simulations
